Are you speaking from experience? I didn't get the impression that's what happened here.
Her point that housewives who acquire no marketable skills in life can be pretty dang vulnerable in divorce at 67. And I'd have to agree.

I was 15 years home and had to catch the ball when husband crashed and burned (figuratively). It took me 5 years to get up to speed and I make less than half what he did.
