Maybe the school officials are just mad because my Richland Rebels kicked their butts in football (as did every other team in the district) for something like 15 years in a row back in the late 70's through the mid 90's.
Are you referring to the same Richland Rebels who are now banned from displaying the Confederate flag and had 'Dixie' removed as their school song?
