Ha! I was thinking the same thing. He was probably saying to himself "where can I go far away, where it's not too much of a sh*t-hole (a beach would be nice), and someplace where I can easily blend in". Doh!
I wonder now if he's kicking himself saying "I should have went to Lagos; I should have went to Lagos..."
Hmmm.... could he have been located by NSA because of his phone calls to his friends in the states?
