Today was the long-anticipated status hearing on guardianship for Scott.
The hearing took place in judge's chambers with Pamela and her attorneys and Eliza and her attorneys. Pamela presented the judge with information that she has now filed with the court to have Scott declared "partially capacitated". This means, at the very least, that he would then be allowed to indicate his preferences for his social environment, such as who is allowed to visit. He has repeatedly indicated that he does not want to see Eliza, but he does wants to see his son.
Pamela also informed the judge that, after Scott is legally determined to be "partially capacitated", they would be filing for a divorce for him. [emphasis mine]
Eliza indicated to the judge that she would fight any divorce proceedings.
The final item that Pamela presented to the judge is that Scott is scheduled for surgery to close his tracheotomy opening, which should allow him to regain his ability to speak and make sound.
Based on all the above information, Judge Wilkes ruled to grant Pamela another six months of full guardianship of Scott. This will be a crucial time for Pamela and Scott, as they continue to work, not only for Scott's recovery, but for him to regain the right and ability to truly "speak for himself".

Commentary by Pam Hennessey and the Orders that Greer wrote (actually orders are written by the prevailing party and the Judge just signs them). So, George Felos, the death litigator, would have proposed the orders and Greer just signed them. A Republican Judge makes history signing a death sentence for a disabled American. Greer allowed Michael Schiavo to cut off Terri's rehabilitation way before Greer signed off on her extermination.
Wake up, folks. To date, this was the perfect crime but we want justice for Terri and everybody who's alert and aware but who are subject to a brutal death by judges or emboldened doctors.
There are hospitals in Pinellas who will no code and others who will try to save people. Out of towners are visiting the no code hospitals with their relative on purpose.

Re: your question. I just wanted to send a copy of some article to people who are unfamiliar with Terri's story or have been exposed only to distortions in the media. I was stunned when guests on a recent Abrams Report claimed that Terri wanted to die. The lies keep going.
BTW, there are some people on this website who promote false statements about Terri, have made terrible comments. I got into an argument with one of them.
Well, you can quote me on that one. I was right outside the gate when they told Terri her tubes were being pulled and asked if she wanted to live. I was one of the first persons a witness talked to, and who told me how she screamed she wanted to live.
You can also get plenty of factual info from Cheryl Ford's book, Our Fight4Terri. She was involved in the fight a long time, and has gathered a large volume of documents and evidence and has compiled all into a valuable source book.

Trolls from the death cults stop by our threads from time to time, but are fairly scarce, don't hang around long. None of them push their mantras on any Terri threads and get away with it for long. The best they can do is rehash old and now tired mantras we have seen umpteen times before.
I am in awe and humbled by the collective experience, wisdom, and dedication shown by those who follow our threads and post.

I heard the call come in that the FDLE turned around. Boy, was that rough. Understand the FDLE turned around BEFORE EASTER, not after.
The people were then misled for days by the media and were given way too much false hope by our leaders.
Finally, I have gotten my copy of Cheryl Ford's book. As Cheryl made clear, it is a reference book. I will treat it as such.

You would have been nearby when that happened. You must have heard the same guy, too. At the time, I was talking with Brother Hilary when he came running out, came to us, bubbling with excitement. He was excited because the cop was a witness. He was sure the cop would have to tell the truth. He and Brother scooted inside the store and I just stood there my jaw dropped.
A while later, the cop developed amnesia as you remember.

Barbara Weller - I heard her say how Terri tried to speak and then she started screaming, the cop threw everyone out and the cop even said that they were all lying. He was in the hall - he was the liar and it was none of his business either but hello, nazi, florida.
People don't pay attention to what kind of judge a judge is. They assume wrongly and don't often know there are civil and criminal judges.
Greer wasn't about to do a commercial that was true like for example, "I'm George Greer and I approved this message and I am going to kill Terri Schiavo if you elect me."
Yes, Barbara Waller came out a few minutes later and made a statement to the press, corroberating what the guy had said.
Notice he didn't include any video of Terri in his ad. How many people would have voted for him if they'd known he planned to order the extermination of a disabled woman?
I wonder if Terri's voice haunts that cop's dreams.
From what we heard of her response, it was so striking, it must have seared right into his heart and will not go away.
Anyway, it should stay like stink on felos!!

Now, I went and did it... watched the ad you posted and am trying to wipe that image out of my mind. I will have to use Holy Water for eyewash to clear it up.

Uh oh! I guess I should have posted a warning with that one. I'm glad that didn't happen to me. I wouldn't want to live like that.
