Today was the long-anticipated status hearing on guardianship for Scott. 

The hearing took place in judge's chambers with Pamela and her attorneys and Eliza and her attorneys.  Pamela presented the judge with information that she has now filed with the court to have Scott declared "partially capacitated".  This means, at the very least, that he would then be allowed to indicate his preferences for his social environment, such as who is allowed to visit.  He has repeatedly indicated that he does not want to see Eliza, but he does wants to see his son.  

Pamela also informed the judge that, after Scott is legally determined to be "partially capacitated",  they would be filing for a divorce for him.  [emphasis mine]

  Eliza indicated to the judge that she would fight any divorce proceedings. 

The final item that Pamela presented to the judge is that Scott is scheduled for surgery to close his tracheotomy opening, which should allow him to regain his ability to speak and make sound. 

Based on all the above information, Judge Wilkes ruled to grant Pamela another six months of full guardianship of Scott.  This will be a crucial time for Pamela and Scott, as they continue to work, not only for Scott's recovery, but for him to regain the right and ability to truly "speak for himself".

So, Charlie Crist's hometown paper doesn't care for Crist?

That's because he ticked off St. Pete's police chief with a ploy in the media stating that St. Pete had the most hate crimes in the State. Crist's play for the black vote is so transparent. Crist needs the black vote because demographically, the only votes he's going to get are from rich fat cats and trial lawyers, well and out of touch sheeple.

Having met with Pastors Conn and Ware of Victory Church, I am currently persuaded that Pastor Buddy does not support starving the disabled and was not aware of the parent's decision to end Dylan's life, as the story implied.

In attempting to get clarification from Kevin Simpson, he
said he stands by his story.

that the role of "faith" encouraged the family in their determination
that it was appropriate to starve Dylan for 24 days, unto death.

NEW YORKERS BETTER WATCH THIS BREAKING NEWS: The State of New York is starting a program to monitor diabetics in New York. If they feel it necessary, the State is going to intervene.

Just curious if there are any bioethicists from the death cult movement behind the scenes pushing the monitoring of diabetics - daily monitoring of their blood sugars, etc.)

FV, do you have a link for the NY story re: monitoring diabetics? If NY pulls this off, Florida will not be far behind. There are way too many old people, dependent on Medicaid and Medicare in this state, so it would be a neat trick for the state of Florida to feign "concern" for diabetics in order to force exits. This is amazing.... my husband is diabetic and is currently on a kidney transplant list. I imagine he would be a likely candidate for "monitoring".... never will I permit such a thing.

"While Gallagher publicly spoke out in favor of government intervention to keep Terri Schiavo alive last year, many supporters of that effort complained that Crist, even as Florida's attorney general, largely avoided the controversy."

"Likewise, Crist initially suggested a constitutional ban on gay marriage was unnecessary because such marriage already was barred by statute."

"Crist often describes himself as "pro-life" but when pressed acknowledges that he supports the Roe vs. Wade court decision that guaranteed the right to an abortion.

Barbara Wilcox, who like her husband, Roy, has been a longtime force in Republican politics, said she's concerned about Crist's "lifestyle," noting that newspapers last year published articles about Crist publicly denying rumors that he is gay.

"That's a concern of mine," she said of Crist, who was married for seven months 25 years ago and has no children. "I think it's very important that we have a family man in the mansion in Tallahassee."

The only family Crist has is the Sembler family who are FRIENDS OF JUDGE GREER. Crist didn't protect Terri's civil rights because of the Semblers. The Sembler son is Crist's campaign manager. Sembler the senior was Greer's county commission campaign manager.

They are filthy rich people who wield a lot of power in the U.S.

Having talked to a gay friend of mine recently, this person doesn't want a gay governor either. They understand that a governor like that might be anti-family and anti-marriage.

Some gays hate women. Crist obviously didn't care for Terri or he would have protected her civil rights as chief law enforcement officer of the State. CRIST VIOLATED HIS OATH WHEN HE REFUSED TO PROSECUTE THE VIOLATION OF TERRI'S CIVIL RIGHTS ending in her barbaric murder.

Their violation of the campaign laws for judges ended up in the murder of TERRI SCHIAVO because Greer wasn't disqualified from his re-election and he WON BY CHEATING.

There are many people who have DVD copies of Greer's TV spot. It's out there. Greer and his cronies cheated IN 2004 and Terri died. Even Deborah Clark, the republican supervisor of elections was on Greer's team.

She broke the law during election week 2004. August 30, 2004, early voting. She kicked a Govan supporter from a polling place. The Govan supporter was not violating the rules about staying 50 feet from the front door but was asked to leave the polling place. The Govan campaign had permission from the Elections Office to be at polling places before the election began. It was withdrawn because Deborah Clark was another SHILL FOR GREER.

The Florida Supremes shot down the school voucher program which was Jeb Bush's legacy. The Tampa Tribune today said that now Jeb has no legacy.

Maybe Jeb is working on another legacy. As long as he follows through, I'm okay with it. If this is just smoke and mirrors about Judge Greer, Jeb will further damage the Fla and national RNC.
