I do not have the time to dig for the info which disproves the assertion that the USA voted in the UN for the establishment of the state of Israel.

The fact is that the USA voted against the resolution in the UN, but once it passed w/out the vote of the USA not 12 minutes later the USA recognized Israel as a sovereign nation.

The USA was first to officially recognize the Israeli state.
