GGG Ping.
During the past five years, archaeologists designated six major sites of cultural heritage . . . all in central Henan Province [except] the Taosi Site in Xiangfen, in neighboring Shanxi Province.
With the super nationalistic Chinese, no influences outside Henan or Shanxi are worth considering. To everyone else, the merger of several cultural influences created the truly remarkable Chinese civilization. Imagine studying Greek Civilization while ignoring Anatolian influences.
I vote for public works projects as the origin of Chinese civilization. Floodworks, mainly.
It's funny how they always want to ignore India's ancient past.

Gods, Graves, Glyphs (alpha order)
Considering the source, everything the Communist Chinese say, must be taken with a bit more than a grain of salt.
Truth is NOT in them.
