Hate to say this but Hinkleys defense may be really valid. I agree, I think he really was delusional when he shot Reagan. The question is, should we let him out so he can do it again?

I don't know - shooting Reagan a second time may be a bit more difficult, unless he can find a Bobcat or a backhoe ;)
