There's a bigger statement coming at 9:30a from the DOJ (I think).

If we lose this war I guess the New York Slime and other papers think they will have a bigger publication to the musclimes.

Yeah. I hear the Muslims just love families with the jewish surname "Sulzberger."

"I'd love to be a fly on the wall at the DNC and the NY Times newsroom right now."

Here will be the 'spin'..'Leaker' will be replaced with 'whistleblower'..Whistleblower Protection Act will be cited numerous times by democrat stratergists and LSM.

Rove seems to like using screen passes. He lets the Dems think they're going to get to Bush then they don't notice the wall of blockers forming behind them as Bush floats the pass to the waiting running back.

amazing......and I just e-mail a dem friend about this and I was told sarcastically " the president has the right to violate the Constitution but, when others call him on this, they are held accountable to the Law?

Patriotism should be uppermost in every American citizens mind. Is it not a code of conduct in the military which states one can disobey a direct order if they deem it to be illegal? Same principle goes with Congress vs the president i would assume.
Well, unless we live under a dictatorship that is. "

that's the frame of mind of the dems.

The investigation is pretty limited on this. Very few people were briefed on this.

I am not so sure that it was anyone at the NSA, I think it was a Senator or a Congressman- those that were briefed. Or it could be someone in the FISA courts.

The CIA leaks like a sive- we know this. Just reading the Washington Post story, you could clearly get the feeling that someone from the inside of the CIA was leaking this story. But reading the NY Times story- you cannot get the same feeling that the NSA was leaking this. The NY Times gave the impression that it was a "lawmaker"- leading us to believe that it was someone involved in the Congress.

Rose, they're wrong because they think everyone thinks as they do. If something upsets them, it must upset everyone.
It's the same mindset that caused that woman, the NY Times movie critic, back in 1972 to proclaim, "How could Nixon have possibly won, I don't know a single person that voted for him."

Make that a double helping of popcorn and several diet cokes. Will skip the beer so I can keep a clear head.

ABOUT TIME!!!! Let's make sure we keep the heat on to have this investigated thoroughly and the leakers prosecuted. I'm sure the lamestream media will not cover this so it will be up to the "alternative media"!

Up to 103 on the petition - will be delivered on Tues so keep spreading the word!

Those without a clearance have the same obligation to protect classified data as those with one.

Unless you can provide a specific legal statute (e.g., from the US Code), I don't believe that's true. It's certainly never been my understanding.

And in any case it's illogical: classified information shouldn't be in the hands of people lacking clearance.

You may be referring to a company policy - and certainly a cleared contractor would have many restrictions imposed by that status - but as for the individual uncleared person, not so.

They're rattled. This caught them off guard.

TEAM BUSH has the ball and it is first and 10 from their own 20 yard line at the start of the second half.

DIMS line up to block the running game...BUSH sets up for a trap and audibles for the BOMB...

The ball is snapped and BUSH rolls right and fires a long one deep...

Dean has been unnaturally quiet lately. I think the Dems have him muzzled and in a cellar somewhere.

"No one will go to jail."

Not in the House, but to see MSM reporters do the perk walk, and there popularity drop some more, will be worth it.
