LONG LIVE RED CHINA (Would you like your troll mein with soft or crispy noodles?)

China will never go down, and don't think you can banish communism. Because the people won't let it. They know they are the last standing, they are the only ones left. America is in a decline while China's climaxing, America will go down. We are just done with our prime, if anything, we were going into a depression since 1992 (and don't say you don't know that year). Communism is the American's medias' worst nightmare, because of censorship. I hope we all have to read one newspaper and wipe my butt with one brand of tiolet paper. I hope we all die for our next generations to wear the red armband. We deserved 9/11, and they enjoyed it. You probably hate me now, I know, you just still think like its 1945, well too bad its 2005. We only stand to fall.

"So they tanned his hide when he died, Clyde, and that's it hanging on the shed."

I guess the problem was, she died at age sixty-one, too young to collect Social Security. So no crime was committed.

This has happened in Tibet, and other places, where somewhat natural mummification takes place.

For my money, mummification is only for those who ain't wrapped too tight in this life, and want that nice secure feeling in the next.

I'll take resurrection, if you please.

Define "only"... ;-)

"Up" is a direction. On Earth, "up" is more appropriately "out" since the orientation of "down" is towards the center of the Earth. Up is out from gravitational center, down is in closer to it.

Since we are in fact floating in space right now, such things can get confusing...

Up is now inward.

If you want confusion, try this. There is no gravity at our center of gravity.

Of course, we'll take advantage of that.

Which is why I felt a need to belabor the obvious in a lame attempt at humor. Until we can come up with a "gravity generator", we are stuck with centifugal force.

On a side note... has anyone seen a Day-Orange and Yellow striped box laying around? It should have arrows in grease pen on one side of it pointing to one end of the long axis. It's about 5'x1'x1.5'. It... er... disappeared from the forge during an experiment and I'd kinda like to get the data recorder out of it...

There is no gravity at our center of gravity.

Then this would be a good time to get on the scale, right?

I like the idea of mini-cows. Would they produce mini-milk, that we would have to drink in sips?

"Then this would be a good time to get on the scale, right?"

Of course, you emaciated waif. I'll bet you don't weigh even sixty pounds.

Another trick is to quietly convert to Metric. That works quite satisfyingly for certain of my, er, "meaurements."
