in all seriousness, as Personal Trainer with Master's Degree, so I'm not really some muscle head....haha, not a steroid guy ever...the only thing that really will produce more testosterone is a healthy diet with ample protein and some good weight lifting / resistence training.......when you lift weights as opposed to cardio only, it signals the pituitary gland to produce more testosterone and human growth hormone at night.....that is the only way to keep testosterone ahd HgH levels higher as you get older....unless you want to get a shot of test. for 1000 bucks a shot....haha......
