Hey, A thought has been swirling through my head and I wnna let it out:
Are there any foods, minerals or vitamins that actually help the human produce or catalyze the male hormone we all now as Testosterone?
If anyone is or knows a nutritionist/herbalist, 1000 extra pints, I mean, points to you.
This is a serious question but I'll accept any & all replies.

Maybe I'm just a wee bit softer in heart, tender in my nature or just plain 'ole nice....
...but I just wondered if perhaps a few milligrams of the stuff would make me little more aggressive, a bit more fierce or a little more warrior-like in spirit.

Will you also be my psychiatrist?
Nope. I need one myself! LOL
AACCK!!! (My feminine reaction to girly-men....)
Just watch a few Mel Gibson movies and take notes!
Just to see if a little more testosterone would have a great effect on my personality [make me a bit more masculine, stronger-in-spirit & tougher-in-body]
Especially when He teams with Randall Wallace like in We were Soldiers as well.
Sounds to me like you want to be tough, and testosterone won't help you there. Toughness is one of those inherent traits that you either have or you don't. FWIW, it's not all it's cracked up to be. You just wind up looking old and scarred like the guy on my profile page. I hope my kids take a gentler path.
