"Family Guy makes fun of everybody."

True. "Family Guy" can rot for all I care. I've been reading the chronicles of Narnia lately. I wanted to read the book before going to the movie. I did not want to pollute (for lack of a better word) my idea of what Narnia is in my imagination with what the movie makers would show on the screen. I'm sure it's a wonderful movie, judging from what I've read. It's just that I've done it before where I've seen a movie based on a book, and found myself mentally referring to the movie while reading the story later on.

By the way, I've found the books so entertaining and worthwhile, that I would rather finish the entire series before seeing the movie. Highly recommended reading. They are children's stories and are written for kids, but any adult should find them enjoyable.
