If the test were over the Bible's presentation of creation, then providing answers according to what the theory of evolution says would be incorrect. That, the public schools have confirmed they will never teach. Now it is clear and parents can better decide where/how to educate their kids.

It isn't their place to teach religion. That is a private matter. If they teach Christianity, then the Muslims, Satanists, Wiccans, etc.etc. are going to sue. Put yourself in their shoes.
