People have the right not to work. If the MTA doesn't like the fact that its workers are not reporting for their jobs, it should fire the workers.

People have the right not to work.Under the Taylor Law, the transit workers do NOT have the right to strike.

People have the right not to work.Wrong. The TWU members knew when they took their jobs that they had a legal obligation to fulfill the terms of their contract.
If you steal from your employer, you're going to jail.
