No one, because no one's smart enough to risk their political career on it. Just like John Kerry is talkin' about it, but you don't hear it. As I said earlier, the libs don't know the constitution, and they don't care. If no one reads the constitution, they can say whatever they want it to say.
They're praying for a victory in the House in 06......Articles of Impeachment would never make it to this Congress...

The Democrats are two years way from 2008. They would be incredibly stupid to impeach Bush. He can not run. But we are talking about Democrats. Stupid is their middle name.
