Since the CIA ask for the investigation into a non-crime of Valeria Plume case. I just emailed the WH, asking for a SP to investigate this leak. Why wouldn't the American Citizens have as much authority as the CIA?

That is exactly right. I contacted Specters office this morning and ripped them a new a-hole basically telling them that falsely accusing the President of a crime takes the focus off the real crime of leaking secret information.

Why can't a group of Americans i.e. FReepers, ask the Justice Dept for an investigation?
