True colonel- and I love the prez- (don't agree with him on everything) but when Bush speaks about the war- it is breaking news- (since he doesn't do it that often.) I am glad he is speaking ~he should have done this a long time ago.... But I am happy he is now- even if it is just about the Patriot act.

I heard President Bush say during his interview with Brit Hume last week that he had planned to deliver his war speeches earlier in the year, but then the hurricanes happened.
