Question: what if any limited are there on the powers of the president during wartime and will the WOT last for decades, will we see a permanent expansion of unchecked power.
Pres: I disagree with your assertion about unchecked power. There is the check of people have sworn to uphold the law. We talk to Congress all the time. To say there's unchecked power it to not listen to what I've said. HEHEHEHE
