Democrats talking about Special Prosecutor - what a JOKE! They were advised! The idiots.

If there needs to be an investigation, other than Congressional, this Attorney General should NOT be handling looking into the President's 'spying', according to Feingold.
guess he just wanted us to know that now.

Rush talking about how media and Dems undermine US, War in Iraq.
To: Mo1
There is NO doubt that they are trying to set up the president for impeachment. And any freepers who doesn't believe that is living in a dream world.
2006 is going to be one ugly year, Mo1, but less so as long as the president and a few congresscritters take up the mantle and continue down the path set out today.

This is an imbecilic mistake on the part of whoever advised him to do so. A large part of his own base understands that this act needs to be staked through the heart and buried at a crossroads before President Hillary gets hold of the power. I think you're in the minority on this one. I think the Patriot Act needs to be extended ASAP.

Yup, you're right. So I guess it would depend on what was flying from the flagpole.

There is always a chance because it is my understanding that the President and or the majority leader of the senate(and or house) can call special session and keep them in session until they actually take an up or down vote.

I just can't listen, Mo1. I'm sorry. I know that makes me a weenie. But I haven't been this happy in so long about political matters that I just can't ruin that.
