Levin wants the Iraqi constitution amended because their benchmark is that ALL people must share power equally. Just like in America, they want people who don't bother to vote to have an equal share in power.
You know, sort of like Trent Lott agreeing to power share with the Democrats.
And, as we all know, that's worked SO WELL for the GOP, hasn't it?
