Watch the hypocrite Rats scurry outta the light, back into the shadows...

Watch the Rats ignore this, because the MSM will never ask them about it, and the GOP will never bring this up because it would be mean-spirited.

If that recipe doesn't hit the washington post on Monday, feel welcome to stop in Christmas Eve.

its not illegal. "exposing" that's its being done doesn't make it illegal - so long as the activity is within the scope of the FISA rules, whether done under Clinton or Bush, its not illegal.

We WERE talking about Echelon here on FR back when it first came to light, but nobody seemed to want to hear about it.

Well I imagine not too many FR folks would like this sort of thing going on routinely not in a time of war, nor would I. But I think that for folks in the MSM to stand up on the mountain top and scream BUSH is evil because of (fill in the blank - NSA at this juncture) is ridiculous. NSA has been targeting comm in and out of the US since it was created back in '50s. The stated mission is that it cannot intercept comm "INSIDE" the US. So there, it is not new, but a law has been broken by publishing this secret program and someone or multiple someones need to go to prison as traitors. NSA does more than intercept comm. It is the military expert on crypto.

As Bush stated on Saturday's radio/TV broadcast the disclosure of the NSA program is ILLEGAL since the existence was classified. The actual comm intercepts is NOT illegal.

You're right. I have ZERO faith in the Republican party. They all have lost their stones and have become politicians, not leaders.

yes, that is true. but in this context, I was referring not to the media behavior, but that of the executive branch.

"Baby monitors give you a lot of intelligence."

Slick Willy cared not a whit about the Constitutionally rights of Americans -- not a whit.

Im not sure but wasn't Clinton involved with this? It was during his time, why didn't the media jump up and down on this one?

Correct.

And thank goodness that she slipped up just long enough for a record to made of her Anti-American world view: "We are going to take things away from you for the common good."

Priceless. Wonder what Pelosi, Reid, Kennedy, Durbin, Leahy, Feingold, etc. etc. will have to say about this.

Puts the latest chapter of "Bush broke the law" in perspective.

Well, the leftist Murthacrat crowd will have something new soon, no doubt.

FLASHBUSH ADMITS HE IS PRESIDENT

In a hastily arranged response, Democrat leaders voiced "deep concerns" over the president's "reckless admission"....

zzzz.....

Echelon is like the SR71.

Still potent, but everyone knows.

Parts of Echelon were placed in different nations so that each could avoid legal issues at the time.

It proved worth the expense. That is what the real news is and that is being hidden from you.
