We do not have to disprove ID by meeting your requirements, we just have to let it die itself due to a lack of compelling evidence. They are the same argument and rely on the same evidence (or lack thereof). Therefore, if you wish to scientifically discredit Flying Spaghetti Monsterism, you must logically discredit ID.

Theories do not require proof. Neither does science. Theories require evidence to be sure. In this case it is massive amounts of organized matter that behaves according to predictable laws. An intelligent designer can easily, and reasonably, be inferred and set forth as explanatory of the same.
