Well, all I know (with the limited intelligence that I have as "a Pac-10 fan"), is that USC has won two championships in a row and has won 34 games in a row against many different kinds of competition. They're known to win when the going gets tough. And what is the "stereotypical" image of Texas? They NEVER win the big games. Is that clear enough for you, fella?
Well missy, USC was well known for 25 years straight of choking and not being good and living up to expectations, a little shorter than Texas current run. So right now Carrol has built a winning program the last 3 years, but before that what? Where was your mighty PAC Ten then? That great Washington team? Hmm cant think of any others, oh there was that 6th ranked ASU team in 96. Clear me up oh mighty one, where are the national year to year powerhouses competing every year for national titles at in the PAC 10 besides USC these last three years?Missy
