Titanic (1997)sinking scenario total fiction then... lmao
The last one was so bad I was rooting for the iceberg.
13,000 feet. Amazing !
ping.
Next they're gonna tell me that Kate Winslet's figure was computer generated.
the White Star line never said it was unsinkable - that was thier marketing wizards. They had more lifeboats than mandated, and sophisticated compartmentalization.
what they had was simply overwhelmed.
That was my first thought, as well.
Titanic II - the missing piece.
Not total fiction; it's big controvesial addition was that the tail end flipped up vertically --- which is was the survivors saw, but which was hotly disputed by the White Star line for various reasons.
This flip is still legit under this scenario. Indeed, it make the mechanical design failure only that much more egregious.
I wish they would do a decent movie with the modern special affects. There were too many interesting stories about the people on the Titantic--Cameron didn't need to do some fictional love story about a couple of bozos. I liked the special affects, but the story was ridiculous.
broke in two...broke in three...doesn't really matter to the thousands who perished does it?...but the gazillions to find it and come to this conclusion was so worth it! Zzzzzzzzzzz.......
"Captain, are you worried about icebergs?"
"Certainly not. This ship is made of special steel and can withstand any collision."
"Where did the builders get such wonderful steel, sir?"
"From a firm named Halliburton ..."
My thought during the movie was "just sink already."
Nothing about Aniston's latest melodrama?
Chic Flick
And will Leonardo freeze to death in the sequel as well?
I only sat through it to see Leonardo drown anyway.
Hmmm.... Do Ocean Liners have a center fuel tank?....
Maybe that's why I didn't like it. I'm a chick but not so much into chick flicks.
