The NHS has major problems but how to unravel it I cannot imagine because then the government would have to admit how much of our national insurance is actually given to it. They would be in dilemma because they would want the max from us but to admit how little has been spent on the Health Service in real terms not admin would be very embarrassing.

I think we lumped with it but we must get it working if that means part private funded so be it.
