Baa Baa Black Sheep rocked! Much better than Black Sheep Squadron. It was like Battlestar Galactica to Galactica 1980.

MASH was funny but not military
Band of Brothers is great and so is the new show on the history channel "Shootout"

What was the title of the series about Vietnam? Only lasted about one season. Couple of the episodes were pretty good.
To: A.A. Cunningham
Although it did Jump the Shark when they had Peter Frampton in an episode.

Combat! It was a very bad day the day John Carpenter's negligence put an end to Vic Morrows life. I had this fantasy of a middle aged Combat fan crazed by grief going after John Carpenter with Little John's Browning Automatic Rifle.
