Bully pulpit really going to work great when you rely on THIS media as your conduit.

What this worthless response implies, is that we submit a statement and the media turns thumbs down. That isn't how it works. Our people are invited to do a talk show, and they get to offer up their views. What some of us would like to see is somone appear on those shows who actually has a good firm grip on the facts, and can think on his/her feet.

Enjoy your more "forceful response". I suspect your joy will last about 12-18 hours then we will be right back to the "Why doesn't Bush fight back" dogma that is the new sacrament of the "Conservative" movement. BTW, what happened to the 403-3 vote in the US House story? Even see the story mentioned this week in the Dinosaur Media after Saturday?

Did you see any Republicans focusing on that story after Saturday? No. Why? A number of them appeared on last weeks talking head shows.

They fought back wonderfully. What are WE talking about this week for the 900th time? Good luck winning the PR war fighting by your enemy's rules on their ground with their spin lines.

No, what some of us are talking about is fielding capable proponents to advocate for us. And what you are talking about, is trashing folks who want this, for being whiners and not team players.

Once again, on talking head shows our people get the opportunity to represent our views. It's really sad that you didn't know this.
