Me, too, Miss Marple....I was really on board with George Allen for a while, but his lack of overt support for the war on terror...or supporting Bush's Doctrine of helping Iraq establish a democratic form of government...

for OUR sakes, as well as the worlds'. My goodness, I just can't imagine what is so difficult about espousing a doctrine that brings hope and freedom to a part of the world that never has had it....and has a group of fanatics that want to wipe out everyone but the most fanatical Islamofacsists...

To me, that should be a piece of cake...and when spoken of, it just makes so much sense....but, it seems no one but President Bush sees the necessity to accomplishing that, not just for our sakes, but for the future of the whole earth's people.

And look what thanks he gets for it as well. GWB as a Christian does not care about his legacy but doing the right thing. Others I fear care about what is thought of them and are more poll numbers orientated hence they will not follow the "Bush Doctrine".
