I have seen nothing that puts the 2 groups together. You have a point; but my gut feeling is that, while not all evolutionists are environmental wackos, I believe that virtually 100% of environmental wackos are evolutionists. So it seems natural to criticize the environmental wacko on the basis of this inconsistency: while change is an evolutionary axiom, much of it brought about by environmental change, they hold that any further environmental or species changes must be prevented at all costs.

Within that context, your point is well-made. I agree it is difficult to picture an enviro-whacko creationist.
