There's a Korean place near where my wife works that has a tofu side dish that tastes like French toast with a slight zing to it. If done up right tofu can be a decent side dish.

I always wondered what that stuff was really like. I reasoned that they must use tempeh or extruded soy protein or something remotely capable of being eaten. That is just nasty!
Having spent the day making all the sides for our dinner tomorrow, all I have left to do is stuff and roast a 20-pound turkey. Can't wait. This is our favorite holiday!
