Who was the originator of this resolution? Was it JD Hayworth? I'm going to email him to thank him and encourage more of the same.No, that was Armed Services Committee Chairman Duncan Hunter (R-Calif.) who drafted the Republican bill. Murtha is Vice Chair of the Armed Services Committee.

Someone on the Arizona state board posted a message that this vote was J.D. Hayworth's idea. I don't know if that's accurate information.
