I hope so! I was talking to a co-worker today, he served in Iraq and Afghanistan. He said there are safe places for Bush to show up in Iraq. The people would be thrilled to see him. It would be terrific to give a speech from Iraq that he won't cut and run, we are with them to the end. The troops would love it. The dems and the media would freak out. Good stuff.
I'm sure during the President's speech to the troops tonight he'll mention the unamious resolution supporting their continued efforts in Iraq....hehe.
Might as well slap the democrats around for fun.
Hard to be the party "against the war" when you have voted for it three times now....
I sometimes worry where the dims would take us if in power, then I realize that their leadership actually lacks the courage of their convictions. Sure, they'll say crazy things, but that's just a ploy to get donations from moveon.org.
Once again, the Democrat party was against the war, before they were for it.
