My dad fought under Patton during The Battle of the Bulge. My Dad would definitely have slapped him down and then some. My Dad was with the 82nd Airborne.

Wouldn't it be cool if coalition troops were to suddenly find the missing WMDs days after this vote?According to Shephen Hayes the Iraqi Defense Ministry docs contain a plan for the hiding of WMDs and maps.

My favorite part is that the 24 hour time span has been too short for the Rats to have time to poll their constiuents and find out how they should vote.
Secondly, once this vote is done, they can't change their stance for each audience they have at their re-election rallies.

Just finished listening to the MP3 of hour three of the Rush Limbaugh program, which featured the guest host's (Dr. Williams?) interview of WT editor, Tony Blankley. Tony said that Murtha is all over the Al Jazeera website today. Who needs Tokyo Rose or Lord Heehaw, when people like Murtha aid and abet our enemies from Washington, DC?

Well, sure, but apparently Murtha said Victory in Iraw wasn't a strategy. Logically that makes no sense unless they are redefining "Is" again.
Agreed with 100% of your statement though, love how you phrased that.

Don't debate the MAN, debate the wrong-headedness of the decision.
Sorry I cannot separate the two. Murtha's flaky remarks were made by the whole person not just the dumb brain.

"Just joined. What's happened so far?"
Universe begins. Earth appears. Earth hot, then cold, repeat a few times. Man appears, democrats deeply saddened.
Did I miss anything?
To: rightwingintelligentsia
Just joined. What's happened so far? We're all cheering from our computers so far, smelling blood. I don't have cable, so I'll be hanging on this thread. Wonder if PBS will cover this at all on their evening news?

Why do congresscritters always look so strange?Good question. Must be something in the water on Capitol Hill. I think it infects the senate worse than the house, though.
