Since 1990, Mexico has embarked on a series of initiatives to import Mexican culture...Oxymoron

The thing that I have been saying all along is that the illegal immigration problem will not be solved until we turn our attention to Mexico as a state. Mexico is consistently provocative, uncooperative and verges on hostile at times, yet we have never punished it economically or exerted any serious pressure on it to mend its ways. There will be no solution to the problem until Mexico decides to straighten up and fly right, and this will never happen until we make it clear that there are penalties for its bad behavior and even penalties for the internal dysfunctionality (socialism and its attendant oligarchy and corruption) that motivates this behavior.

Mexican politicians are even starting to allege that American responses to illegal immigration in the U.S. are a violation of Mexicos sovereignty. Why would anyone be surprised? The United States' has taken a laissez-faire position to Mexico's using us as their welfare case dump. Just like any form of welfare they keep demanding more and more. Since Bush has taken the laissez-faire attitude to mexico to new heights we, the average American, are now forced to live with the consequences. The unbridled numbers of illegal immigrants from Bush's preferred society: anyone hispanic.

Nevertheless, in retaliation for Owenss opposition to a tuition grant, consul Leticia Calzada undiplomatically urged Mexican tourists to boycott Colorado and visit Wyoming instead. Are there really legitimate mexican tourists to the U.S.?

We must talk about Mexican history, she explains. Our history is very rich, very intensive. Its important to know that history. The students will feel proud to become Americans if they feel proud of their country.Only a dimwitted, liberal could see logic in this statement.

Mexican officials here and abroad are involved in a massive and almost daily interference in American sovereignty. And every time these Mexican officials make demands of the US to take care of their citizens, it drives thousands of Americans to the Minute Men's point of view.

This is an issue that will come back and bite us all in the rear in the not so distant future. The way this is generally ignored by both democrat and republican politicians would be comical if it weren't so bad for our country.
This is one issue where Bush is an absolute idiot.
I don't want to hear any more crap from the administration how they need to expand and strenthen the "patriot" act until they do something about this huge unprotected and disasterous back door to our country.
