Tried any of those? I was in England about a month ago and had some venison sausage at a very fine restraunt. It was wonderful.

I have eaten Venison many times, and even prepared it a few times, but I can't say it is one of my favorites. I may feel that way because I don't hunt, and that because of time constraints..

When I have been called upon to cook Venison, it was easy and delicious.. Just my general knowledge of cooking and checking those linked recipes, tells me they are very credible and compatible within ingredient integration guidelines and gastronomical interaction.. Hahaha

Only one of the linked recipes that looks especially familiar, and that was the chili.. burp.. :)
