I imagine the crime rate will soar in the next couple of years. We'll have to check back in with them in 2007 and see if the criminals took the ban seriously.

If I lived there I would hand my gun over only because they already would know I have it because it is registered and then I would go out and buy a gun on the street. I guess that would make me a criminal.

Here's my honest question that I would love to see answered. Why is it, when Arnold proposes some initiatives, within the law and trying to bring about some change in this morass of a state, are there people constantly braying on about how he wasted a bunch of money, nobody wanted this? Then when Newsome loads the ballot with measures that are unenforceable, illegal and publicly admits that they are little more than an opinion poll, nobody seems to care?
Nevermind, I already know the answer...
