President Bush is making a speech at noon. Fox is reporting he will address the criticism aimed at him by the democrats in the past two weeks.

These critics are fully aware that a bipartisan investigation found there was no manipulation of intelligence

Intelligence agencies from around the world agreed with our assessment about Saddam Hussein.

They also know that the UN passed many resolutions.

Many critics supported my opposition who said this: (Kerry): I believe Saddam is a threat and a grave threat to our security. Taht's why I voted for the war.

Outlining how many Democrats voted to remove Saddam from power.

The stakes in the global war on terror are too high. The national interests are too important for politicains to throw out false charges.
