On Veteran's Day, an important speech by the President of the United States on the WAR that every day threatens our very lives, and what do we have? A complete television blackout by the networks!! (I don't have cable) And only one radio station here in Los Angeles is carrying the speech live (KFI 640 AM). Not even public radio is covering the president. We are in trouble, folks. That doesn't surprise me. It's up to us to get the word out. Keep the faith.

best way to honor sacrifice of fallen trrops is to complete mission and lay foundation of freedom for generations to come. Self-defeating pessimism is not justified.

If you have no desire to listen, why be on this thread?
It's a damn good speech which is not covering old ground. You'd know if you were listening.

These so called President Bush supporters always are against him in his speeches, etc. Just ignore them.

The MSM did somewhat cover Bush giving the Medal of Freedom to one of the most famous moslems in the world. Cassius Clay.

YOUR EITHER WITH US OR AGAINST US.
We who stand with President Bush and have from day one, 13 years ago in my case. KNOW who W is. WE support him and don't need to hang with the naysayers and fense stradlers.

Bush laid the wreath on Memorial Day. I have a lot of relatives buried in Veterans Cemetaries and one day there will be 3 more Walsh's in same and I take no umbrage at all.

You're right...he just cannot communicate well...Let's face it, he never couldI couldn't disagree more. President Bush has given a number of great speeches.

November sweeps are too important to networks and local stations. Do you actually think CBS would preempt CSI to carry a speech by the president?

Here we go --
Our debate at home must be free minded also.
Congress support the removal of Saddam with strong bipartisan support.
As commander in chief, I accept the criticisms and decision. It is deeply irresponsible to re-write history of how the war began.

I think the President is doing a good job but I am longing for him to address the Oil for Food scandal and "false" Bush lied accusations.
Embrace the bully pulpit sir!
