President Bush is making a speech at noon. Fox is reporting he will address the criticism aimed at him by the democrats in the past two weeks.

Terrorists detonated a truck parked along busy street with restraurants and shops killing 35 and wounding more. Says when these sorts of things happen this is murder, pure and simple the total rejection of justice and honor.
