God help this State.

This state has crossed the fatal boundary where the majority of the population "feels" that for some things they believe to be key to their daily life they depend more on the government than on themselves. The economic, fiscal and social ignorance needed to support this has been successfully foisted on these numbnuts by the self-centered education establishment and the "want-to-be-loved-and-f**k-the-truth-assuming-we-could-even-recognize-it-if=it-spit-us-in-the-face" media establishment.

This state will not recover until we experience a social meltdown of a magnitude that will spark such lack of confidence with state government that human nature and basic competitiveness become significant factors again.

"until we experience a social meltdown"

People, by nature, are basically good and productive. The average person is not spending the majority of his/her time engaging in all of the illicit, immoral and unethical behavior that is currently allowed and even encouraged in our society.

The good news is that there will never be a complete meltdown.

The bad news is that we will forever muddle our way through a sea of mediocrity.

Hey, if the good guys could confiscate an equal 200 million to run ads, the victory would have been ours.

This is the power of money in play here.

I think we should just propose similar propositions in 2006 and 2008 if need be.

I like that they used up 200 million.
Wouldn't you like to see them desperate and having to spend it again in 2006 and 2008?

I'd rather they are spending 200 million on defense than spending it on some pathetic democrat politician they want elected.

California people need to be educated. They were subjected to a bunch of bogus but effective ads and we all know this was coming and going to be darn effective this time.

I think they will get slammed if we do this again in 2006 and 2008 if need be.
