A disappointing night for the national GOP, but not a disastrous one.

A very bad night for California -- assuming 75 loses. And even if 75 wins, it's still pretty bad.

Disagree there. 75 is crucial, and more then we had yesterday.

Think positive.
Going into the election today we had NOTHING to loose. Starting tomorrow unless hopefully there's a miracle overnight we're at the same point we we're at yesterday.
Just try and look on this as a practice run for 2006.
We now know the mistakes that were made, so we have to fix them and charge ahead to victory next time.
The main thing on the agenda should be to make sure more Reps get out to the polls in 2006 even if we have to drag them there.
