For the first time, the operators of a California-based Web site are revealing they have evidence that an e-mail address from the Maryland Democratic State Party is associated with MD4BUSH.

Oy. FR is certainly approaching the line. I hope they have wise counsel advising them not to cross it.

MD4BUSH has clearly violated site policy for the purpose of publicly attacking another poster. I think there is justification to make certain information public.

The Maryland Dems have refuse to allow the Republicans on the investigation committee subpeona power and the Washington Post and the Md. Democratic Party are doing their best to cover up and kill this story.

But, I agree that they need to be careful.
