The question is, are the "rioters" and the ones behind it going to do as much damage as possible, or is it going to stop, to see if they can force some changes?

It all depends on how much control the leadership of the Indafroga has over their people. If this is hundreds of uncoordinated groups then there is no way it will stop by itself.

Undoubtedly, you are having people join in who just want to destroy something. Until they break out the lethal force, I don't seen this ending any time soon. It's gotten worse from every night to the next night! It hasn't peaked yet! Although, eventually, they are bound to run out of vehicles to torch...
