Perhaps then, the French underground never disbanded. Perhaps it became the socialist party. I wonder if this logic would lead us to Chirac? How weird!

Random thought: Imagine how things might have gone if Di had married Dodie? I doubt Blaire would have been able to ally with us as he did.

No it never did disband, this is why the French lost in Indochina. They could have beaten the Viet Minh on the battlefield but they lost the will to fight at home, sound familiar? Remember, Ho Chi Minh lived in France during the 30's. This is where he found out all about communism. All of this is tied together.

I lived in France in 1950 as a military dependent. I can remember the French spitting on my fathers car.
