So we'd prefer to have "Catholic" schools that teach in opposition to the faith? Seems to me that we'd be better off without them.

Exactly the reason we're homeschooling.

Seriously, does this woman think she has a right to teach in a Catholic school? I wonder where they're going to find that one in the Constitution?
