"US AG Janet Reno set up spy network against pro-lifers back in the day. Article also mentions WACO and the ACLU."

Who can forget Janet Nero from Florida? I wonder how many remember that flyer her DOJ sent out to law enforcement on telltale signs that someone might be a terrorist or "anti-government extremist"? Things like - contributing to religious causes, emphasizing the Constitution especially the 2nd amendment , attending midweek prayer meeting or Bible study, homeschooling, belief in Biblical prophecy, or (my favorite) having a fish symbol on your car.

Now imagine Jackboot Janet with today's new legal tools. Before passing any law, legislators should always think what it would be like if their worst enemy had the power to enforce it at a whim.

>> Now imagine Jackboot Janet

Good holy grief -- not before breakfast!

In fact, not before one has three stiff drinks.

I don't drink.

We were just having a little discussion of the manliness of Nazis. Now that you've introduced Jackboot Janet, we have a real Nazi to compare with that scientologist wimp-o in the photo (#1024).

When Janet, Donna Shalala and Hillary got together, there was more testosterone at work than in a French regiment.

Sorry, that an urban legend.
