Family members are investigating what they consider to be suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of a nursing home patient at the center of a life and death tug-of-war reminiscent of the Terri Schiavo tragedy.

Seventy-nine-year-old Jimmy Chambers died in the early morning hours of Oct. 24 after the tracheotomy tubes that deliver oxygen from a ventilator to a hole in his neck became unhooked. Family members were told Chambers, a resident of the Anne Maria Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in North Augusta, S.C., apparently pulled the interlocking tubes apart.

"We're having it investigated. We're just incredulous," Chambers' daughter, Deanna Potter, told WND in reference to her siblings. "The last time I saw dad he was blowing me a kiss. I blew him one and he blew one back."

The retired dispatcher for Holland Motor Express died approximately 10 hours later. His death certificate indicates he died of "natural causes."

"Apparently, suffocation is a 'natural cause' when you're on a ventilator. We're contesting that," said Potter. "He suffocated. He didn't just pass away. He struggled and fought. And I'm just so angry."

Potter estimates it would have taken 10 to 14 minutes for her father, deprived of oxygen, to fall unconscious, and questions why the nursing home staff didn't come to his aid.

"The oxygen-saturation meter and his ventilator both would have had alarms going off. Four-thirty, five o'clock in the morning you'd think someone would hear this," she added. "That's the thing that really bothers me and makes me suspicious."

Of course it's conjecture, to put it charitably. But to any end other than the obvious one that's been exposed here?

There's probably nothing to worry about once you've made it clear that this has all been some kind of conspiracy theorist mental ramblings you've been babbling about. SECOND in the montage. Pretty good for someone whom judges & politicians conveniently determined was a useless eater.

I believe that Judge Greer is violating SOME JUDICIAL CANONS by accepting awards and gifts from special interest groups. I find it hard to believe it is legal for him to play the role of a conquering hero when this was supposed to be about Terri's death with dignity.

I believe GREER SHOULD BE IMPEACHED NOW based upon his lack of ethics and good judgment by attending every banquet where they are honoring him for killing Terri. A REAL HONORABLE, DECENT, WORRIED ABOUT APPEARANCES WOULD DECLINE TO ATTEND THESE BANQUETS BUT NOT HIM. He goes and makes jokes about Terri and her supporters. JUDGE GREER IS VIOLATING JUDICIAL CANONS BY GOING AROUND THE STATE BANQUETING AND ACCEPTING AWARDS AND GIFTS FOR KILLING TERRI.

As a probate judge, he is supposed to take being a judge seriously, not go to banquets held by special interests.

I'm going to research what canon he's violating every time he picks up clock or a medal from special interest groups.

Greer doesn't know the rules for judges. They are much stricter than for politicians.

IMPEACH GREER before another award banquet. HE COULD SAY THANK YOU BUT I MUST DECLINE THE INVITATION. Death with dignity are ACLU words for "we'll decide who lives or dies."

In addition, Terri's death was a MURDER, not a death with dignity!

Contacted the judiciary committee today. The staffer didn't know who June was or what TEJ or North Country Gazette was. I told her a book was coming out by June Maxam. They were somewhat intrigued by my call. I simply explained to her that we already knew exactly what happened to Terri and that it was going to come out.

I sure wish they'd investigate GREER. It's long overdue. I'm sick of all the lies and coverups for the blind sheik of Florida.

Oops. It took one minute to determine that JUDGE GREER IS IN VIOLATION OF JUDICIAL CANON 2. And that goes for every time he's gone to a banquet where he's been awarded a prize or award by a special interest group.

IMPEACH JUDGE GREER FOR VIOLATING CANON 2. I'm sure that's not the only canon he's violated but for starters, CANON 2.

I think another area of Greer's impeachable behavior is his acceptance of financial donations from lawyers who have cases before his court, not least Felos and Bushnell. If that doesn't give the appearance of impropriety, I can't imagine what does. When he rules for those lawyers, he might as well call a press conference and tell the world he's been bribed.

Every event where Greer got an award he was violating Canon 2. 1. New Port Richey - special justice award was presented by members of the Pasco Bar Assn. By occupation, they benefit by giving him an award because if they do probate, they will run their clients through his death care system. 2. Clearwater Bar Award: It was given to him by a scientology attorney. Same thing - they will run their clients through his death care system. 3. The award in West Palm Beach: FLA AG CRIST gave a keynote speech and called Greer and Whittemore heroes for defending the judiciary. CRIST WANTS TO BE GOVERNOR AND SHARES THE SAME FAMILY AS HIS CAMPAIGN MANAGER, Sembler's son is Crist's campaign manager. Sembler Sr. was Greer's campaign manager years ago and they are long time friends. 4. ACLU just gave Greer a Civil Libertarian Award. They are a special interest group and in fact, THEY HELPED MICHAEL SCHIAVO MURDER TERRI.

Judge Greer should have declined all such honors or he violates Canon 2. Everyone who awarded or praised him wants something from him. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG.
