He has to pretend to be quasi-conservative.

He's voted with the GOP more than some "Republicans" I think we may have a party switch.

Yes. Alito really is that good of a nominee.

Some great reporting today on how the Supreme Court took up three of his dissents (where he lost on his own court) and used those to overrule his colleagues. Alito is good. A judge's judge.

I'm not sure if even some conservatives yet appreciate just how excellent a jurist he is.
