Like a rubbernecker drawn to a train wreck, I am drawn towards that Bill Maher show. He’s one of those people you love to hate, and his show is most interesting when he has someone articulate on his show who opposes his point of view. So I watched when Christopher Hitchens was on recently. And I watched last night when Tony Snow was on.
Tony absolutely ripped Maher up.
He exposed Maher for the clueless fraud he is. And he did it with a smile. It was an amazing performance. If you have HBO, you have to watch it in reruns this week.

Will there be a transcript of your performance on Maher's show?
I hate to even see Maher, but stopped surfing briefly opon hearing Tony Snow say, "Bullshi-." I was shocked until learning that someone in the audience shouted that out to him and he was responding by saying, "Before you shout bullshi-, read the Senate Intellegence report as I have."
After that I had to leave. Maher can cause me to lose an expensive TV image.

Ha! HBO wouldn't let such a transcript to actually be released and published. It might be used against their p!$$ boy Bill.
Why do want to watch his show and make him rich?
I explained the ENTIRE "LEAK" story to my son yesterday and he was mystified. I got him hooked on Fox News but even there it is seldom mentioned and never emphasized.
Perfect match.....but I wouldn't ever want to look at their children.

After Maher made a lousy "joke" about the people who were beheaded in Iraq, I CANCELLED HBO!
Hearing Laura play the soundbites of "on the take" Galloway getting shot down were so much fun.
Some days it is just too easy. Whether he gets exposed on the spot or by subsequent events, Bill Maher is and shall apparently forever remain a "clueless moron". Tony Snow was not taking a cheap shot, just an excellent opportunity. In classroom parlance, a "teaching moment".
If you subscribe to HBO (they broadcast his show), you make him rich regardless.

It is like Bizzarro world. Is Free Republic going to give Maher an invitation here too?
Tony Snow is one of the brightest, most well informed I've seen. I truely enjoy his shows.
Maher's show, on the other hand, is something I watch when I'm in a mood to laugh at a buffoon, and his invited idiot guests.
It's cheaper than the zoo, and more convenient, too.

It's ratings that determine how much he gets.
I didn't see the show, but I hope Tony "straightforwardly" said that Wilson was a documented liar, rather use that wishy-washy, "Wilson was untruthful", or, "Wilson told falsehoods", type of language.
I mean, a liar is a liar and there is no reason to be bashful about saying that Wilson is a liar because that's exactly what Wilson is - - documented.
Hefner is his pope. Besides, he has to make sure to stay in Hef's good graces so he can continue to be invited to the Playboy Mansion and strike out with Playmates.
Won't make the slightest bit of difference. You can have a long discussion with a liberal, pointing out facts that prove them wrong. They may even agree with you. But when you talk to them again the next day, they are right back where they started --BUSH LIED LIAR LIAR ROVE HALLIBURTON.
